Spear and Company has been providing exceptional real estate services to Boulder County since 1998. Judy Spear is an award winning REALTOR;who has excelled in providing exceptional customer service and professional real estate guidance through many hundreds of transactions. Over and over, Judy and her team delight and surprise their clients from beginning to end of each transaction, whether it is for the purpose of buying or selling a property. Family owned, Spear and Company consists of Judy, her husband Tom Spear and their daughter Krista.

Krista works with buyers and sellers, as well as overseeing our REO (bank-owned) home listings and BPO assignments. She has her finger on the pulse of the market by providing banks with market analysis for their pending foreclosures to the tune of about 11 properties per day. That is a boatload of valuation assessments.

In addition, Susan Wigham is a Buyer Counselor working closely with Judy. Sue is an exceptional people pleaser, and loves working with our buyers. Sue searches tirelessly for just the right properties and our clients really enjoy Sue's dedication and perserverance, as well as her pleasant and cheerful countenance.

Tom has a background in financial advisory services, having owned his own investment advisory firm, Wealth Management, since 1984. Tom managed investment portfolios and provided financial counseling on a fee-only basis for Fortune 500 company executives. Once Judy became too busy in real estate to handle all the business, Tom joined the company working with buyers and sellers. He also provides mortgage counseling services. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding all the financial aspects of real estate. In 1979, Tom was awarded the prestigious Huebner Fellowship to complete his education at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his PhD in Finance.
